1. Services Provided

Enhance Tint offers professional window tinting and film installation services, including but not limited to:

Residential window tinting

Commercial window film installations

Frosted & decorative films

Heat rejection films

Security & safety films

All services are provided based on availability and service area coverage.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided via phone, email, website forms, AI assistant, or in person are estimates only until confirmed on-site.

Pricing may vary based on window size, access, film type, condition of existing glass, and any additional work required.

Enhance Tint reserves the right to update or adjust pricing prior to service commencement.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed upon with Enhance Tint.

We may request additional details (location, window count, photos, etc.) before confirming a booking.

Appointment times may vary due to travel, job duration, or weather conditions.

Enhance Tint reserves the right to reschedule in cases of unsafe weather, emergencies, or uncontrollable circumstances.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee at our discretion.

Missed appointments without notice may result in a service refusal for future bookings.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or any specifically agreed-upon methods.

Deposits may be required for large commercial jobs or custom film orders.

6. Warranty & Liability

Enhance Tint provides warranty coverage on film installation depending on the film type and manufacturer’s guidelines.

Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by customer misuse, scratching, cleaning with abrasive materials, or impact

Pre-existing glass imperfections

Glass breakage caused by structural issues, thermal stress, or improper framing

Enhance Tint is not liable for:

Delays caused by weather or supply shortages

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Issues arising from customer refusal to follow aftercare instructions

7. Aftercare Requirements

Customers agree to follow aftercare instructions provided by Enhance Tint, including:

Allowing the film to cure without cleaning for the recommended period

Avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive tools

Understanding that temporary bubbles or haze during curing is normal

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void warranty coverage.

8. Access & Safety

Customers must ensure safe access to all areas where installation is required.

Enhance Tint reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or obstructed.

For commercial sites, safety protocols must be followed as required.

9. Website Use

All content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Enhance Tint unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse website content.

The website or AI assistant should not be considered a substitute for a confirmed quote or professional assessment.

10. Changes to Terms
